Amy Palermo, PLMHP

Sometimes the first step toward healing is having a safe place to land.

Life can feel overwhelming. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, major life transitions, or the emotional changes that can come with pregnancy and new parenthood, you don't have to face it alone.

Amy Palermo, PLMHP, believes that healing begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. She is passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to be themselves, explore life's challenges, and discover hope even in difficult seasons.

Amy enjoys working with adults facing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions. She has a special passion for supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood, recognizing that this season can bring both incredible joy and unexpected challenges.

Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Amy believes therapy is not about "fixing" people, but about helping them better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and develop practical tools to create meaningful, lasting change.

Whether you're reaching out for the first time or returning to therapy after time away, Amy would be honored to walk alongside you as you take the next step toward healing.
